1. How long are shipping times?

Once shipped, your products may take up to a week to reach your doorstep. You will receive a tracking number to your email once dispatched. 

Orders usually ship 7-14 business days after you place your order

Returns sent back without a request will not be accepted.

Cancelations are possible only before your order ships. Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel an order.

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll make it right.
