  1. How long are shipping times?

Our current processing (AKA creating) time for orders is 7-14 business days. We try to work as quickly as possible but please remember we are a small, one woman company completing every order that comes in with care.

Shipping is via UPS or USPS, depending on the order. Shipping times vary from 1-7 days. Please note that once the shipping facilities have the package, it is out of our hands and control. Please check your tracking number for updates and contact your local post office with questions before contacting us about your shipped order.


  1. What's your return policy?

All items are made to order with care and as a small business we do not keep stock on hand at this time.


For this reason we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a major defect in the item you’ve received that we have overlooked. Please double check the shipping address, color, size, design, and payment information before placing your order as we are unable to cancel or change any information once the order has been placed.


  1. Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are possible only before your order ships. Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel an order. If your order has a tracking number already, the order can not be canceled.

  1. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll make it right.

  1. Do you offer exchanges?

If a product isn't exactly what you expected, shoot us an email at info@happyvibesclothing.com and we will fix the issue.
