At Happy Vibes our main goal is customer satisfaction. We hand press and hand package each individual item after carefully inspecting it for any defaults. If we happen to miss something, or if for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item(s). We will gladly exchange the item(s) for a different style, size, or a store credit. We will issue an exchange or credit once we have received the items. We do not accept returns at this time.
We issue refunds in the form of store credit. We will only issue refunds for items that are received damaged. If this happens please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Exchanges (if applicable)
